EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE BBQ SEASON
Whether you’re a first-time griller or an expert in all things BBQ, we’ve put together everything you need to ensure your BBQ is a big hit.
Summer is here, and the great weather is amongst us, making the need for BBQs an absolute must. Whether you’re a first-time griller or an expert in all things BBQ, we’ve put together everything you need to ensure your BBQ is a big hit.
THE BBQ
Whether you’re cooking for you and a friend who are hosting a huge BBQ get together, the BBQ you choose will have a huge impact on your food. BBQs come in a huge range of sizes with multiple shelves, storage units, grills, covers and more to choose from. At Polhill Garden Centre, we stock an array of Landmann and Grillstream barbeques in both charcoal and gas forms that are ideal for feeding the family or entertaining an array of guests.
THE ESSENTIALS
Think about the things you need to get your BBQ going, like charcoal briquets or lighters for example. To really impress your guests, you’ll need the tools of the trade to help you barbecue your chosen foods to perfection. We recommend some long-handled tongs, a meat thermometer and serving platters for the food, and some good cleaning materials including a scrubber to get any stubborn grease and food residue off the BBQ in preparation for next time.
THE FOOD
The main attraction of any BBQ: the food. Whether you’re looking for some prime-cut steak, a variety of sausages or some chicken skewers, we can help. Our retail partner Cottage Farm Butchers provide farm assured and fully traceable products that are ready to be thrown on the barbie or seasoned and marinated the way you like them. The Polhill Farm Shop is the perfect place to buy any BBQ accompaniments such as bread, sauces, drinks and veg!
