If you have a smartphone, the Polhill + Membership is available to join by downloading the app from the Apple Store or Google Play store. To start gaining the benefits of the Membership, you will need to register on the app with your name and email address.

Once you have downloaded the app and registered for an account you will have access to your unique digital card. Every time you shop at Polhill be sure to always use your card, whether you’re in store or online. A member of staff will scan your card at the till, or you can enter your unique card number when you checkout online. This will then track all your purchases, which you can view at any time using the app which will include receipts and delivery/order details if applicable.

You will also have access to the latest offers and promotions that are unique to Polhill + members, so do keep an eye out to ensure you don’t miss out.

Once you have registered for an account the rest is simple, make sure you use your card during purchases, and you will have access to all our latest offers.

If your details change, such as your address or contact details, these can easily be updated by yourself in the app – which will automatically let us know for future purchases.

If you would like to unsubscribe from the app, you can do this at any time, which will remove your details from our database as well as your previous purchase history.

When you sign up to the app you will be asked whether you would like to subscribe to our newsletter. If you do, the Polhill newsletter will be filled with our expert gardening advice, the latest products, Polhill events and unique Polhill+ member offers.
