Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details to create your account.
Once completed you will directed to the checkout to confirm your order.
You will be requested to confirm your order allowing you to identify and correct any input errors. You can still change your mind at any of the above stages. Payment is only made when you click to Complete your purchase / Make Payment.
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send you the same details to in an acknowledgement e-mail (This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance)
We will then send an order confirmation email when we start to process your order. (This is not acceptance of your order.)
Acceptance of your order and the completion of a legally binding contract between us will take place when we send you an Order Acceptance e-mail, which will confirm your order and contain details of how we will deliver your products to you. This is unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the cancellation procedure.

We use Paypal as a secure payment service provider. Paypal will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

All Prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds (£). They include VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see ‘Delivery’).
The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order.

In the event of a product being unavailable (for any reason), you will contacted to discuss potential substitute goods. If the substitutes goods are not suitable then a refund will be given. If you agree to the substitute goods, once received if they are deemed unsuitable they will be refunded along with the cost of delivery.

If you have had your purchases delivered, you are entitled to cancel your purchases at any time either before or up to 8 days after the day of delivery.

Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. in a resalable condition). It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories.
You will receive a full refund, the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product to a store. If you choose another method of return other than specified, you may bear the costs.

When you place an order for flowers, should you realise you have made a mistake or change your mind, we are able to amend or cancel your order up to 12 noon on the day before the scheduled delivery date you requested. We regret we are unable to accept amendments or cancellations after this period.
Return of Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund with proof of purchase.

The return of faulty goods does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear & tear and perishable items (e.g. Flowers etc).
