- Load
First, load the uniquely-designed charcoal hopper with lump wood charcoal or briquettes. The innovative hopper design means that ash drops through the bottom while air circulates through the vent in the top, feeding the flame and keeping it at a controlled level. You can even reload the BBQ without needing to open the lid.
- Light
Use either paper or firelighters to ignite the charcoal in the hopper, to stop your hands getting dirty.
- Set
Use either your smart divide or the digital control panel to set the temperature, then sit back and let the fan - and gravity - do the work! The digital fan control directs airflow from the charcoal hopper through to the cooking chamber, where it then works to maintain a set temperature.
