Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: One entry per family is allowed.
- Session Details: The private session with Santa will take place at 1pm on Christmas Eve only. The winning family is limited to a maximum of 10 children and 10 adults attending the session.
- Entry Deadline: The competition entry period opens on November 24th, and closes on December 7th. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and will be notified via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Prize Acceptance: The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other prize substitution is allowed.
- Privacy: Information provided for the competition will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties.
- Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify any entry if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
