The majority of all our online orders are carried out by our own team and vans delivering to the local area, while the remaining (those that are a little further afield) are with DX and S&S for courier deliveries.
Our Christmas delivery is between 1-5 working days of receiving your order, please note that this does not include weekends. Our despatch team will confirm a delivery date once the order has been confirmed, customers can request a new date if this is unavailable. Please call our Fulfilment Centre on 01732 494687 for more information on your order.
During busy periods, such as the height of the Summer and Christmas, delivery times could extend to 10-15 working days.
When you place an order for a piece of furniture, we will send you an email which will give you a date for your delivery slot. If the date is not suitable you can email us back and we will do our best to change the day of delivery. Our team of drivers will then you give you a call on the day when they are on route to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to give you a time of delivery, ahead of the day.

OUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA
BR1-8, CR0, CR2, CR6-7, CR9, DA1-18, ME18-19, RH8, SE2-4, SE6-7, SE9-10, SE12-13, SE18-20, SE23, SE25-26, SE28, TN1-2, TN4, TN8-11, TN13-16.
Delivery charges start from £5.95, depending on the weight/size of the item you are ordering. If you are out of these areas we will organise a courier company to deliver your products, which may result in a higher cost.
THE SOUTH EAST
If you live in the South East of England but your postcode is not listed above then delivery of larger items will require an additional charge, which of course will be dependent on volume, weight, location and fuel rate at the time. Please email us on webdespatch@polhillcentre.co.uk on what items you would like to order and your location, we will then put a quote together for you.
