We offer a free delivery service, for the majority of items, for orders over £50. Orders below this amount incur a £6.95 delivery charge. Some larger items have a larger delivery charge which will be confirmed at checkout.
Please be aware that there are some items that we are unable to send by courier either due to size, weight or fragility and this will be relayed at checkout.
All deliveries made during this period will be 100% contact free, our drivers will leave your products by your door unless otherwise intructed in your delivery notes, ring/knock on your door and inform you they have delivered. We do apologise for not being able to take products through to our garden for example, however, the saftey of our drivers and customers is paramount at this time.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We will always aim to 100% fulfill deliveries, however, if for any reason there are shortages on your delivery, we will first try to substitue a suitable product of the same value or higher. Failing this we will declare your item out of stock and issue you a full refund. On arrival, our drivers will inform you of any shortages, your refund may take up to 5 days to come through.
