Create flair and individualism is something that we encourage here at Polhill and we share this trait towards our approach to food. With our made to order salad, it gives you complete control to what ingredients you want to have within it.

You will be provided with a bowl which contains base ingredients such as lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and onions.

You can then choose one ingredient from the following:

• Tuna
• Cheese
• Ham
