Jubilee Celebrations at Polhill
This year marks 70 years on the throne for Her Majesty the Queen, now our longest serving monarch. We would love you to join us over the special bank holiday weekend to celebrate this momentous occasion.
There will be something for all the family to get involved with as well as a few prizes to be won as well!
JUBILEE AFTERNOON TEA
There’s nothing better than toasting to the Queen with a traditional Afternoon Tea. We have a very special menu for that weekend only, available to book in the Tiki Huts. Including a traditional Cherry Bakewell and Eccles Cake, all handmade by our wonderful team of chefs.

PITBOSS GRILLS COME TO POLHILL
On Thursday 2nd June, from 10am – 4pm, the team from PitBoss Grills will be joining us in our new BBQ Showroom, showcasing their latest range of grills and giving you the top BBQ tips. Of course, there will be a host of tasters to try, so be sure to stop by as we know you won’t be disappointed!
HAVE A PHOTO WITH THE QUEEN
You and your family will have the chance to have a photo with the Queen (sadly, she was quite busy to attend, but we have a cardboard version in her place!). All the family will need to get in on the selfie and strike a pose against Buckingham Palace – make sure you practice those royal waves.

FACE PAINTING
On Friday 3rd June from 11am – 2pm, your little ones can get ready for the party with our Face Painter on site – what are you going to be?
FIND THE QUEEN
Go on a special trail around the centre to find the Queen, the trick is what colour hat is she wearing? You can collect your clue sheet at the front of the store and all completed sheets will be in with a chance to win some retro games, so you can have your very own street party at home.
KIDS ACTIVITY PACK
No matter what age we are, we can all be part of the celebrations. We have created a special activity pack for all ages, which includes colouring in, a wordsearch and a make a hat cut out – so you can be a king or queen for the day! Please send in your finished coloured in piece, as we have a special wall where we will be displaying them.
