Coronavirus Update
Following on from the Prime Ministers briefing earlier this week, many restrictions that have been commonplace are now being relaxed from Monday 19th July. Our priority at Polhill is to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, so we will be stepping away from restrictions slowly and will continue to review the situation on a regular basis.
From Monday 19th July, our play area will re-open. There will be a hand sanitising station at the play area that will be available for families and children to use.
We will also continue to limit numbers into the store, as what can be a busy shopping environment, we feel this is the best first step out of restrictions, to ensure customer safety as well as a stress-free environment for everyone.
We have advised our staff to continue wearing masks to protect themselves, as well as others. We hope you can support us in this next phase and kindly encourage customers to wear a face mask too.
We would like to thank you for your cooperation and ongoing support as we all work through what has been a really challenging time, and we look forward to welcoming back more Polhill customers over the next few months.
Stay Safe, The Polhill Team
*** PLEASE NOTE ***
At busy periods, and especially weekends, to keep the centre safe for both customers and staff and in accordance with government guidelines it may be necessary to queue to enter the centre to control numbers.
If you are in more of a hurry or prefer to avoid queues we find that first thing in the morning on weekdays are generally quieter but this can obviously not be guaranteed.
We do understand that queuing can be frustrating but all measures have been implemented to keep everyone safe.
