BBQ Demos 2023
The BBQ Season is finally here, and we couldn’t be more excited. The Winter months have felt long and we are so ready for sun, BBQs, food, family, friends, and drinks.
As you may or may not know here at Polhill we have a BBQ Showroom that showcase 11 of the biggest brands in the BBQ game, like, Traeger, Ooni, Pitboss and Weber. We have accessories, rubs, pellets, and sauces to assist and amplify all your cooking.
We are super excited to have two new BBQ brands join our team this year, Kamado Joe and Masterbuilt, they have changed the way for smoking and griddle cooking with the amazing Joe’s Ceramic Egg BBQs from Kamado Joe and the Gravity Series from Masterbuilt.

We have a whole host of cooking demos this summer from the biggest brands. Our cooking demos are a great way to get to know each brand a bit better and learn a few extra tips from the experts. Kicking off the Summer Holidays is BBQ fanatic Chris Lound and Pitboss Ambassador Paul Niland!
We have a few more BBQ events coming up here at Polhill Garden Centre. These are the last few ones we are having over the summer, so if you haven’t been able to come previously, be sure to come these ones.

Join BBQ Influencers Paul Niland and Chris Lound FOR A SKILLS MASTERCLASS ON SATURDAY 22ND JULY.
With over 2,000 followers each on their amazing Instagram’s these two are the perfect spokespeople for those who are keen barbecuers but also have a full-time job as well as being a parent!
This demo is to showcase a Kamado Joe, Masterbuilt, and a Pitboss, right from ignition to the final cook. Secondly, showing how to do to unique BBQ recipes quickly, that do not take a long time out of your already busy schedule. Finally, if you are thinking about buying a pellet, wood or charcoal BBQ, we want to give you the skills and the confidence to become a BBQ master at home!

Grillstream
Thursday 28th July, 11-2pm
Want to know more about the more affordable bbq brand Grillstream? Grillstream launched the hybrid system, the first dual fuel BBQ with the convenience of gas or charcoal (or both) and the gastro system, the versatile griddle for cooking with the Grillstream pizza stone, chicken roaster and wok.
Join us in the BBQ Showroom at Polhill Garden Centre, 28th July, 11-2pm
These events are on during summer holidays too if you want to bring your little ones, we have a great restaurant garden that has a climbing frame for kids, and then you can make your way to the showroom, to keep everyone entertained haha!!
All our BBQ Demo events are free and are set up for everyone whether you have no BBQs or 10! Everyone is welcome, we want to promote and show the versatility that these BBQs can do.

If that isn’t enough cooking demos for you, then throughout the BBQ season our very own BBQ bros of the Polhill Showroom, Dave and Dan will be putting on their own cooking events using the best quality meats from the Polhill butchers as well as using your favourite rubs and sauces on our demo BBQs.
