Our soft-touch Odyssey fabric is a combination of an acrylic coated woven polyester and a non-woven backer of 100% polyester. Our all-weather cover has the strength, dimensional stability and water abrasion resistance, along with a scratch resistance that comes from the non-woven backer. We have also added adjustable side straps to tighten the cover around the oven base. Thoroughly tested in the Yorkshire Dales, the all weather cover will protect your DeliVita from wildlife, falling leaves and all that British weather can throw at it. Please note: Allow your DeliVita wood-fired oven to cool completely before covering or transporting.

Our handcrafted pizza peel is shaped of stainless steel with a responsibly sourced Olive wood handle and is designed specially for our DeliVita wood-fired oven, it also will work perfectly in any other pizza oven.

To keep your wood-fired oven base perfectly clean and in great condition for cooking it is important to have the right tools. The DeliVita oven brush is the right tool when you need to clean the oven base tile between cooking pizzas and to remove build-up of any burnt-on residue. The digital infrared thermometer -50°C to 420°C (-58°F to 788°F). Non-contact laser temperature gun, recommended for your wood-fired oven.
