Olive for a mild, sweet woody flavour
Our natural raw cooking woods are normally cut into smaller piece logs 10-18cm long, great for cooking on a barbecue or smoker, or in addition to charcoals for extra smokey flavours. Olive wood produces a distinct mild sweet woody flavour to your food.
