Led by Pete Oakley (thebeardedfoodie) and Luke Novell (novycooks), this hands-on class will teach you advanced techniques in dough fermentation, shaping, stretching, and heat zone management. You'll also learn how to use accessories like the Domes steam injector and wood loader, and explore cooking beyond pizza with fire-roasted meats, veggies, flatbreads, and desserts. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and unlimited free soft drinks are included, with hot drinks and alcohol available to purchase. At the end of the class, attendees will also receive access to exclusive, limited-time offers on selected pizza products. Expect a fun, interactive atmosphere among fellow pizza lovers as you learn and share tips in a relaxed, hands-on setting.
