
With the GARDENA Water Control Flex, the irrigation on balconies, roof terraces or patios can be flexibly and easily controlled automatically. The control is battery-operated; can be connected directly to the tap and can easily be operated via an innovative external rotary element for the selection of data and a confirmation button. An easily-legible LC display shows all settings at a glance. The weatherproof operating unit can be removed. With the Water Control Flex, irrigation time periods can be adjusted in cycles of seconds, thus making them ideal for use with a drip irrigation system. It is possible to combine this water control with a GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor.

- Due to the extra-short watering duration in seconds, and the possibility of activation up to 6 times per day, the Water Control is ideal for use with a drip irrigation system, for plants in pots and troughs on the balcony and patio. Due to their limited soil volume, plant containers can only buffer a limited amount of water, and therefore require frequent, small amounts.
- If the irrigation has to be started immediately, this can be manually activated without removing the unit from the tap or changing the settings.
- The Water Control always works reliably due to the ‘Safe Stop’ technology. If the energy levels of the battery are too low to completely control an irrigation process, then this process is not commenced. The battery level indication in the display also tells you when the battery has to be replaced.
- On connection of the GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor, the automatic irrigation is not activated if the soil moisture is sufficient. This permits an improved water supply for plants as well as water-saving irrigation.

Delivery Options
In most cases we will deliver within 5 working days of receiving your order. If we are unable to do this we will contact you in advance to let you know. If it has been longer than 5 working days and we have not been in touch then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Due to Coronavirus we have had to alter our delivery charges and zones to allow those local to us access to products they require. We have three tiers to our delivery structure, please read carefully before placing your order.
Very local area – The very local area is compiled of the following postcodes: BR1-8, CR0, CR2, CR6-7, CR9, DA1-18, ME18-19, RH8, SE2-4, SE6-7, SE9-10, SE12-13, SE18-20, SE23, SE25-26, SE28, TN1-2, TN4, TN8-11, TN13-16. All deliveries to these areas will be free of charge when £50 is spent. Any order under £50 will be subject to a £6.95 delivery charge.
The South East – If you live in the south east of England but your postcode is not listed above then delivery of larger items will be £20, this fee is not altered by any spend amount or product choice.
Courier – If you order something that we are able to courier then deliveries to will be free of charge when £50 is spent. Any order under £50 will be subject to a £6.95 delivery charge. Certain larger items are excluded from this an incur £20 cost which will be confirmed at checkout.
Please note that all delivery charges will be calculated once you proceed to the payment screen. Sometimes a delivery charge figure of £20 will show in your basket. This is simply our system giving a worst case scenario to you as it does not yet understand your postcode. Once the system understands your postcode an accurate delivery charge will be highlighted.
Returns & exchanges
Cancellations
If you have had your purchases delivered, you are entitled to cancel your purchases at any time either before or up to 8 days after the day of delivery.
To cancel a purchase, please:
- return the product to one of our stores (please bring your receipt with you and the card you paid with, so that it can be credited);

Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. in a resalable condition). It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories.
You will receive a full refund, the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product to a store. If you choose another method of return other than specified, you may bear the costs.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- you return your product to a store without proof of purchase;
- the goods were made to your specification.
- perishable goods (for example cut flowers)
- CD, DVD or other recording media, software if their seal is broken.
When you place an order for flowers, should you realise you have made a mistake or change your mind, we are able to amend or cancel your order up to 12 noon on the day before the scheduled delivery date you requested. We regret we are unable to accept amendments or cancellations after this period.
Return of Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund with proof of purchase.
