Rose 'Arthur Bell' is a yellow floribunda rose cultivar, bred by Sam McGredy IV in Northern Ireland in 1964. It is a popular rose in England and Northern Europe, and has won numerous awards, including the Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society.
Features:
- The rose has large, semi-double flowers that are bright yellow when first open, but fade to cream with age. The flowers have a strong, sweet fragrance. The rose blooms repeatedly from summer to autumn. It is a hardy rose that can tolerate cold winters.

Planting : Roses like a sunny spot to perform to the best of their capability , they will cope with less sun but will produce less blooms generally. They are tolerant of most soil types but dislike badly drained soils.
